JAPANESE CALL CENTRE SALES TRAINER

International call centre located in Vancouver, is currently accepting applications for the position of Japanese Call Centre Sales Trainer to help assist, train and coach our Japanese customer service and telesales team to greater success!

WHAT YOU OFFER:
• 2yrs proven sales training and coaching skills.
• Experience in preparing and presenting sales training programs.
• Ability to coach and motivate on an individual basis.
• An understanding of the Japanese market.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (Spoken/Read/Write).
• Identifying training needs and objectives.
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
