International call centre located in Vancouver, is currently accepting application for the position of Japanese Call Centre Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be motivating and supervising a team of up to 20 Japanese customer service and telesales representatives to successfully reach revenue and service goals. Adheres to and drives performance measurement expectations to improve overall employee performance and call management. Informs higher level management of issues and/or concerns, on a daily and weekly basis. Ensures department performance goals and objectives are met and maintained to create more efficient and effective work flow.

WHAT YOU OFFER:
• 2 yrs supervisory experience in a fast paced, sales driven & customer focused environment.
• An exciting, outgoing, results oriented personality, plus leadership skills.
• Experience in the resolution of highly escalated customer concerns is preferred.
• An understanding of the Japanese market.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (Spoken/Read/Write).
• Exceptional motivation and communication skills.
• Training experience an asset.
• Familiar with e-mail process, and coordinating spreadsheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, with emphasis in Excel and Word.
