Telco Management Inc. is a highly focused Call Centre team of direct marketing & inbound professionals, lead by experts in the industry. Our pride is in our leadership and staff; our conduct is grounded in our vision, principles, and belief. We are currently accepting application for 12 Japanese Phone Sales Representatives.

Position summary:
The role is responsible for a large volume of outbound sales calls to existing and qualified new clients. You will cultivate and close sales, service client base, convert prospects to clients while working to achieve both individual and team sales targets.

Knowledge / Skills:
• Possesses a go-getter, performance driven, goal oriented attitude.
• Ability to develop a conversation into a sale. Strong closing abilities.
• An understanding of the Japanese market.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Japanese and English.
• Previous telemarketing/phone sales experience is a valuable asset. And, if you have no sales experience but have great sales ability, there may still be a place for you on our team.

Telco offers base hourly wages PLUS an attractive Commission Package. After 3 months a full benefits plan is offered (Health, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness Insurance, Counseling)
