Japanese restaurant that specializes in roll sushi, sashimi and other gourmet Japanese dishes looking for fulltime cook.

Position: COOK-F/T 37.5 hr/wk
Wages: $ 17-$21/HR
Benefits: Medical insurance/ 10 days of paid vacation

Job description and Duties:
- Prepare and cook Japanese foods
- Oversee kitchen staffs in preparation, cooking and handling of foods
- Keep track of food stock inventory.
- Determine size of food portions, place and monitor food supply orders and
- Estimate food requirements and costs.

Who can apply:
Formal education/training is required in either hospitality or culinary art.
3 years of related experience required.
Beginner English is MUST. Korean language is PLUS.
