Job Title: Receptionist/Administration Staff
Location: Downtown Vancouver
Work Hours: 3 days/ week, 8:30 – 5:00 (may be required 4days/week sometime)
Salary: start $9/hour, become $10~11/hour after 3 months probation period
Main Job Duties:
- taking phone calls
- data input
- Update web site (changing text and pictures, etc.)
- other administrative tasks as required
Minimum Requirements:
1. possess a working visa valid for at least 6 months
2. fluent in both Japanese and English (written and spoken- TOIEC 800~)
3. familiar with MS-Office, Dreamweaver, FrontPage
4. possess some office work experience
5. a team player with good customer service skills
6. adaptable and flexible
