Coastal Contacts is seeking a part time Japanese speaking Customer Service Representatives to join us. We’re looking for an individual who displays passion and creativity to assist. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service calls with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer service inquires received via phone and email
• Resolve returns and exchanges for customers
• Payment reminder to customers by phone and email
• Order verifications and admin tasks
• Assist with other tasks assigned by supervisor

You Offer Us:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal both in Japanese (native speaker level of fluency) and English
• Experience in a call centre (Japan) is an asset
• Hold a valid visa to work in Canada

• Type 50 wpm

Shift : Part time position
• Dates : Sunday to Thursday (5 days)
• Time : 6:00pm – 11:00PM shift (5 hours/day)
• Place : Vancouver
• Wage : $12 / hour
• Training provided
