Hello! My name is Derek, I am a Canadian Chinese guy who is finding it hard to make Japanese friends in Vancouver. I have taught English to Japanese children in Kumamoto City for 1 year. I made some good Japanese friends there, but I can’t make any in Vancouver. I have also been to other parts of Japan too including, Hokkaido and Okinawa.
