Location: Richmond (near Ikea)
Duration of Employment: Permanent Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Training Period: 3 months
Work Hours: 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm
Compensations: $30,000 – $36,000/year plus benefits (group insurance, etc,)
Main job duties:
- Processed full cycle accounting, including A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliation and tax return
- Prepared monthly financial statements
- Performed reception and customer service by telephone
- Assisted General Manager for sales and budget reconciliation
- Prepared export documents, including B/L instruction and Invoice
- Arranged shipment with trucker, forwarder & border broker
- Managed loan, lease, foreign currency exchange and wire transfer with bank
- Assisted accountants on annual review
- Organized admin, HR, and accounting files
- Prepared administrative reports and letters
Requirements:
- Experience in full cycle bookkeeping or equivalent knowledge
- Must be fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Computer Skills: MS-Office (proficient in Excel and Word) and Simply Account
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
