Job Title: General Insurance Agent (Permanent Full-time)
Location: Downtown Vancouver
Work Hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm

Main Job Duties:
Customer Service
- Meeting and greeting customers who visit the office
- Answering the telephone
- Explaining services provided and answering customer enquiries

Administrative
- Preparing contract agreements and other necessary documents
- Communicating suppliers by telephone, e-mail and fax

Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written skills in English & fluent in Japanese language a must.
- Familiar with MS- office
- Possesses Canadian permanent resident or citizenship
- Detail oriented and multi task
- Must be a fast learner, a great communicator and a motivated team player with keen attention to detail
- Work experience in insurance industry will be definitely asset

Compensations:
Starting Salary: $1800/m (first review will be after 6 months), Group Insurance
