Bilingual Marketer (Student Services Representative
(Japanese/English or Korean/English Speaking)

Zoni Pacific Global Centres, a world leader in international language education is seeking a PT Bilingual (Japanese/English or Korean/English speaking) sales/customer service professional for an immediate opportunity in downtown Vancouver.

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Identify and recruit potential students for enrollment
• Reach goals and objectives of student enrollment criteria
• Assist Operations team with developing and coordinating activities and marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute sales strategies
• Provide superior customer service
• Schedule appointments
• Interview, qualify, and enroll students for our English programs
• Respond to all inquiries (i.e. leads) about Zoni products to all prospective students by phone, email, and mail
• Reminder telephone calls
• Send post cards to students that were unable to finish Zoni classes
• Answer telephone calls
• Collect registration, tuition and other payments
• Prepare reports
• Complete any task assigned by a supervisor


Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Japanese or Korean (written and verbal)
• Minimum of 1 years experience in Sales
• Minimum of 1 years experience in Customer Service
• Motivated self starter
• Enthusiastic
• Organized
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to multi task
• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
