Job Title: Administration Assistant (contract full-time)
Employer: A Japanese corporation’s Vancouver office
Location: Vancouver (near Oak Bridge)
Start Date: April 1, 2008
Probation Period: 3 months
Work Hours: 9:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday
Salary Range: 2000/month
Benefits: MSP, Group Insurance (extended health, dental, etc..)
commuting allowance, parking
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Main job duties: office reception, Monthly expenditures report and cash flow report, photocopying, file management, typing and work processing,
purchase office supplies, salary and tax calculation, T4 form, other secretarial duties
Requirements:
- Fluent English & Japanese in both written and spoken
- Familiar with MS- Excel and Word
- Minimum 3 years of administration secretarial type of work experience.
- At least College diploma
- Possesses Canadian permanent resident or citizenship
