Job Title: Secretary Clerk (Temporary Full time)
Employer: Japanese Corporation
Location: Downtown Vancouver
Working Hours: Starting ASAP, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5pm
(Minimum employment for 3 months)
Compensations: Salary $10.50 - $11.50
Main Job Duties:
- Organize, label and bind documents in order
- Inspect to update inventory list
- Voucher checking and filing
- Other general office functions
- Help to make office public area (such as lunch room, etc.) in a tidy condition
Minimum Requirements:
- The candidate should have valid Working holiday visa with proper ID or landed immigrant status.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management.
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with MS-Office
