Areas of Responsiblities – Individual will be assigned challenging tasks and projects in business management and administration to assist in the growth and expansion of the rental housing business of www.skytofly.com and related real estate businesses.

Examples of challenging and interesting projects include: marketing management, internet sales & marketing, supervising web design and development, property management, assisting in real estate renovation project, property sales and acquisition, general business administration, human resources management, tenants relations, etc.

Renumeration:
Full time – market rate (base salary plus performance bonus) ; full time hours per week.

Part-time – hourly wages from $9 to $15 per hour or by project basis; flexible hours and approach / to be discussed.

Work Hours: Full time or flexible part-time. Both positions available.

Advancement Opportunity : Performance review will be conducted on a regular basis. Opportunity to advance to the Position of Assistant Manager. (base salary plus performance bonus) or the Position of Manager (base salary plus performance bonus)

Qualifications and skills required:
- Proficiency in both Japanese and Korean
- strong business background
- strong entrepreneurial skills
- strong marketing and computer skills.
- good business writing and interpersonal skills;
- good business administration background.

Qualifications, skills, and other assets preferred, but not required:
- strong marketing and MIS or IT background;
- advanced computer users / good web/graphics design and development skills;
- basic computer networking skills;
- good accounting and bookkeeping skills;
- Operational car and license

Prefer team members who are organized, detailed oriented, reliable, responsible, industrious, creative, outgoing, energetic, fast learner, and who can work under minimal supervision, has strong motivation and good self initiative and who can be depended upon to complete project and assignments on time.
