Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Executive Secretary) Duration of Employment: Immediate Opening - 15 Months Maternity Leave Coverage
Location: Downtown Vancouver
Work Hours: 9:00 - 5:00 Monday to Friday

International company seeks experienced administrative assistant to cover maternity leave.
Major Responsibility:
" Administrative support to the President’s Office. Major duties include maintain the president’s schedule, arrange travels, answer phone calls for the President’s Office, receive guests, compile meeting minutes and report, compose correspondence, translate documents (English / Japanese), process expense/payments, etc.
" General office administration such as manage the mailroom, courier services, filing, purchase of office supplies, arrange for office maintenance, support office renovation and other projects, etc.
" Manage work permit application process for all foreign workers.
Qualification:
" Previous working experience in an office administrative support role.
" Previous working experience in an executive secretary role will be definitely asset.
" Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Japanese.
" Proficient in MS Office.
" Responsible and resourceful.
" Capable of handling confidential information in a professional manner.
" Work well with others.
" Good phone manner.
" Valid BC driver’s license.
