Job Title: Export /Administrative Assistant
Employer: A large Japanese International Trading Company
Location: Downtown Vancouver Full-time
Duration of Employment: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Training Period: 3 months
Work Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Work Week: 35 hrs /week
Salary Range: 24,000 ~ /year
Benefit: BC Medical, group insurance (extended health, dental plan, etc.) Main Job duties:
- Preparing export documentations (invoice, packing slips, etc.)
- Coordinating the shipping products to the requested destination by contacting shipping companies, freight forwarders, etc.
- Assisting sales representatives in day to day operations
- inventory management and other administrative tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese and English (both spoken and written)
- possesses a Canadian citizenship or Permanent resident status in Canada
- Minimum 3 year office work experience (preferably in export/import industry).
- Strong proficiency in MS office
- Detailed and well organized
- A team player who possess good communication and interpersonal skills
