Energetic individuals willing to take on the challenge of processing Kimchi as well as creating various authentic oriental dishes.
Consideration will be given to candidates who have the following qualification;
- Several years of experience in food industry
- Experience on processing Kimchi and related food items
- Hands on experience on fermentation process
Salary from $31,000+paid vacation depends on experience and skill.
Manual dexterity and creative thinking is an asset.
Duties include staff training, establishing user’s guidebook, developing process manual of fermentation, and overall supervision.
