Job Title: Office and Payroll Assistant (Permanent Full-time)
Location: Downtown Vancouver
Work Hours: 9 to 5 (35 hours/week)
Our client, International Company seeks well-rounded Full Time Office and Payroll Assistant
for payroll processing and a wide variety of general administrative tasks such as mail distribution, filing, data/ document processing, office maintenance/ supply purchase, travel arrangements, expense reports, assist superiors with special tasks, and create & develop manuals and other documents as needed.
Qualified applicants should have training in business/office administration/payroll, and proficient in MS Word & Excel. Strong verbal & written communication skills in English a must. Proficiency in Japanese is an asset.
Compensations:
Salary: 35-38000/year plus competitive full benefits
