Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, assisting with inquiries and sales transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Preferred of 1 year of retail experience, with proven quick learning abilities.
- Knowledge of airsoft products and industry trends is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for airsoft and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
