Working Title: Kitchen Supervisor
Employment Status: Full time
Starting Hourly Rate: Will be decided after discussion (Depending on your ability and experience)
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week.

- Training will be at Saku Robson - Downtown.
*As soon as the Brentwood location opens, you will take on the role of management at Brentwood.
[Duties]
- Prepare a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards as well as your own experience
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and timely production
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications as instructed
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work, weekends, and holidays as required*
