We are opening a Video Game store in Vancouver early next month. Not only selling video games, we sell Japanese import items, such as figures, toys, etc. We will be doing custom order for customers as well.

' 'Duties:'
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
- Assist in creating attractive displays to promote sales
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Knowledge of games
-Japanese culture and POP culture
- Technical experience for repairing video game consoles a huge plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and basic budgeting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
