We are URGENTLY seeking a self-motivated, hardworking individual to join our company. You must be comfortable working outdoors at high heights and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

We have one vacancy for a full-time position with a competitive wage. The position starts on January 8th, 2024. We are fully booked with gutter cleaning and moss removal jobs for both strata and residential clients until the end of February 2024. Beginning in March/.April, we will commence window cleaning, pressure washing, building siding soft wash, balcony wash and some other cleaning jobs until the end of September. We are busy throughout the year.

Responsibilities:
- Concrete and ground surface pressure washing and pressure rinsing
- Large residential and commercial parkade pressure washing
- Gutter cleaning by hand/vacuum pole
- Moss removal
- Window cleaning by hand/water-fed pole (Tucker pole) up to 4 stories
- Building envelope/siding cleaning using soft wash methods up to 4 stories
- Able to operate 16ft to 40ft ladders safely and efficiently
- Boom and scissor lift experience an asset
- Basic maintenance of equipment and company vehicle
- Detailed note and record taking regarding issues on site
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards
- Lead and supervise our team (4-6 members) to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with clients to address any specific cleaning needs or requests
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Exterior building cleaning experience (window/gutter/pressure cleaning): 2-3 years (required)
- Class 5 Driving License (required)
- SIN number (required)
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Regular work schedule: Monday - Friday. Occasional weekend work is required.
- Work hours: 8am - 4.30pm

Compensation
- Hourly wage of $23 - $28 per hour for a Technician, $28-$32 for a Team Lead (Performance based structure). Wage raises based on performance and experience
