Japanese- French fusion restaurant is looking for high-motivated, hard-working chefs to join our kitchen. Our food offering is an amazing blend Japanese and French cuisines. Our kitchen team is responsible for executing menu items, meeting presentation and timing standards, and maintaining a clean, well stocked and organized work area.
Position:
1. Kitchen chef: full-time
- Strong experience working in the kitchen
- Able to hold a role to cook, prep, check food quality and supervise staff.
- Control in food stock,staff meal, cleaning.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen industry.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible schedule
- Be on time
- A team player mentality

2. Kitchen line cook: full- time, part-time
- Minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen industry
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible schedule
- Be on time
- A team player mentality

3. Sushi chef: Full-time
- Strong experience working in the kitchen
- Able to hold a role to cook, prep, check food quality and supervise staff.
- Control in food stock,staff meal, cleaning.
- Great knowledge with fishes. Able to clean/fillet.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with sushi.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible schedule
- Be on time
- A team player mentality

Wage: Discuss in person. Experience will be the first consideration to determine.
Must have valid working visa within Canada.
