Overview:

Gleam Building Maintenance Ltd. is a Vancouver-based building maintenance company servicing various strata buildings in the lower mainland. We specialize in window cleaning, pressure washing and gutter cleaning. We are looking for a new or experienced team member to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Work safely and efficiently
- Perform window cleaning, awning cleaning gutter cleaning, pressure washing, building soft-wash
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with team members, customers, property managers
- Personal Safety: Inspect and maintain personal gear daily
- Carry out tasks to a professional and high-quality standard

Qualifications:
- Is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada
- Window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning experience an asset
- Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Able to work rain or shine
- Comfortable working at heights (we use ladders up to 40” and work on roof)
- Good communicator
- Good work ethic and courteous attitude
- BC Driver licence is a must
- Has a vehicle


Benefits:

- Competitive wages: based on experience and skill level ($25/hr to start. Periodically assessed)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, between 8am to 5pm
There may be occasion work on weekends
