Caffe Mira( Main St Location is hiring Full-Time Barista)

More requirement as below:
*** This position will require you to train/work at both locations, (Main st & Burrard st)
1. This is a 100% English speaking environment, its very good for you to improve your English.
2. Our shop opens early and closed at at night. We have full day and half day shift.
3. We need someone whom can work fast,multitasking and reliable.
4.. Barista experience is preferred but not required, however, server/cashier/kitchen experience is must.
5. Customer service is no.1 in our shop, so you have to be very friendly and love to talk, if you are too shy, and doesn't like to talk much, then the position might be not suitable for you.
6. The more days and hours you are available, the higher chance we choose you.
7. Must have atleast 8 months of working permit. It takes us 2-3 months to finish training.
8. We do carry LMIA program for high performance staff, based on availability. We will only consider LMIA for staff who passed training.
9. Company benefit: staff meal, extended employee benefit (dental, drugs, travel insurance and more) for full time employee works after 3 month of working.
Training Hourly wage is $16+ tips. Once finished training, salary will be adjusted for increase.
