A Fine BBQ restaurant (opening in the middle of January) located in Richmond is recruiting staff members
Meat Part:
experienced, 2 people (Full-time)
- Meat Cutting, peeling, chopping and marination
- Taking care of the business side (ordering food material and regulating the cost)
- Able to handle meat cooking
- Able to complete order
- Able to conduct systematic training to others
- Taking care of the business side of
Assistant: (Part-time or Full-time)
- Helping hands of destinated Kitchen staffs and prepares food material
Kitchen
Sous-Chef (Full-time)
- Able to do cook and fry
- Managing and taking care of food materials(include preps)
- Complete all kitchen orders
- Able to conduct training to others (all position)
Stove:
- Organize food materials and sauces
- Help preparing food ingredients
- Complete orders
Fry Chef (part-time, full-time)
- Complete fry-related orders
- Safekeeping of fry sauces and food ingredients
- Food material preparation
- Taking care of the business side (ordering food material and regulating the cost)
Dishwasher (Part-time, Full-time )
*All staff members have to follow kitchen safety and hygiene regulations
Server: (Part-time, Full-time)
Wage:
Meat part & kitchen main staff: To be determined after interview
Dishwasher: starting at $17+ tip
Server: starting at $15.65 + tip
Kitchen Assistant: starting at $18 + tip
Total wage: hourly pay + tips
Tips will be calculated and paid at the end of each working day.
