Caffe Mira is hiring Barista!! Let’s make latte together!
Hi dears, we are currently hiring two barista at Caffe Mira, please join our family if you are a friendly person, polite, out going, fast worker, and willing to give out your biggest smile to everyone!!
More requirement as below:
*** This position will require you to train/work at both locations, (Main st & Burrard st)
1. This is a 100% English speaking environment, its very good for you to improve your English.
2. Our shop opens at 7:30, and closed at 6:30pm you can be waking up early and long hour of standing. We have full day and half day shift.
3 . Barista experience is preferred but not required, however, server/cashier/kitchen experience is must.
4. Customer service is no.1 in our shop, so you have to be very friendly and love to talk, if you are too shy, and doesn't like to talk much, then the position might be not suitable for you.
5. The more days and hours you are available, the higher chance we choose you.
6. Must have atleast 8 months of working permit. It takes us 2-3 months to finish training.
7. We do carry LMIA program for high performance staff, based on availability. We will only consider LMIA for staff who passed training.
Training Hourly wage is $16+ tips. Once finished training, salary will be adjusted.
