その他のカナダに住所を置く銀行やonlineを含めた投資機関、金融機関の貯金口座　預け主がカナダの何処かに居住している、若しくは居住していた場合　銀行口座等の行く付先が在ります。

口座の金を何もしないで一定期間日にちが過ぎると口座が休眠されたと解釈され動かなくなります。此の時点では未だ口座は当金融機関内に存在します。之は多分日本と同じです。此の事が起こるのは早くて、３か月、遅ければ３年ぐらい。口座の種類や金融機関に依り違うと思います。

つまり金融機関にお金を預けると言うのはこう言う事なのです。

日本と違う事が次に起きます。之はアメリカやヨーロッパ、ニュージー、オーストラリアなどでも起きます。最悪なのはアメリカ、探す先が多過ぎです。　さて更に年数がすぎて１０年が経ちました。貴方のお金は何処に行ったのでしょうか？此処の所は其の時間が経つ事で起きる事を凍結と言います。凍結口座の管理する所は元は何処の金融機関が何処で在れ。ひと昔前で在ればカナダではカナダ中央銀行に集められました。現在では其々の州で管理しています。カナダ中央銀行は原則オタワにしか在りません。

何れのホームペイジに於いて自分の名前を検索して、其処に在ればその自分の名の付いた申し込み用紙をダウンロードして印刷して、其々の管理先の住所に自分で在ることの証明を同封して送る。

自分の周りに５０の日本人家族が居るとすると５人から１５人の家族の宝物が見つかりますが、本人に知らせる事は大変難しい。。。。


米国の西側の州では１人の日本人の名前で小さな銀行が作れそうな金額が凍結されています。州の数も沢山在るので日本人はお金を無駄にしているなあと思います。どうせなら将来の子供の為に寄付すれば良いのに。。。
