専門職は、その規模の町でポストが空くの待ったらいつになるかわからないし。
その近隣の町村の人が引っ越すなら現実的だと思うけど。

近くに日本食のグロッサリーストアーがあり
美味しいベトナム、上海、四川、和食、ラーメン を食べれるところが車で１５分以内にあり
週末にぶらっと立ち寄れるギャラリー、ライブ、コンサートなどをしているところが車で３０分以内にあれば
考えても良い。幸い、仕事は家からでもできるから。

6万ドルって、ちょいいい車ならそれぐらいで新車が買える値段ですね。
以前はアルバータ州に住んでました。もう寒さには勘弁です。家が安かろうと税金が安かろうとアルバータには絶対住みません。ちなみにハリファックスあたりでも安い家は数万ドルでありますよ。リタイヤして住む方が多いですが。。。

ハリファックスは寒い、６月に行ったがやっと桜がさいていた。
雨が降ると一層寒さがこたえた。
その点バンクーバーは３月に菜の花、桜が同時に咲く。

以前、アメリカのどこかの州（忘れました）にある5階建てくらいのバカでかい廃病院が$1で売りに出されているのを見たころがあります。
固定資産税がかなり高いと思われるのと新しい建物を建てるにしてもその病院を解体するのに厄介な場所がネックとなり売れていませんでしたね。
オフィスとして改築するなら使えそうな気もするけど素人には分からないその他の解決困難な問題を抱えていたのかもしれません。

There's no mention of the private mortgage market in this article. It's fully 10% of the market, and will be the first shoe to drop. Private lenders will not be as amenable as the banks. The fact that 600,000 plus have applied for deferrals lets you know how over leveraged people are. Even prior to the Covid-19 pandemic my friend was telling me that his neighbour had all three of his cars repoed. Kind of hard to get to work when you have no vehicle. There are going to be a lot of people who's credit rating is going to be shredded by this situation. When money is tight you pay bills in order of priority - mortgage, car, credit card, etc. I would imagine a lot of people will be behind on a number of payments before this situation played out. The other shoe that may drop are Home Equity Lines Of Credit secured by over priced real estate. All in all, if you bought a house in the last few years, you are going to under water very shortly.

↑ この $5,000っていうのは、条件にあった改築が要件みたいね。教会のベルタワーを残すとか。
改築には $95,000 - $150,000くらいかかるって書いてあるけど、写真みたら本当に幽霊屋敷さながらのボロボロだし、インテリア含めてきちんと住めるようにするには結局結構お金かかりそう。
教会だった建物に住めるってのは面白いかもしれないけど。

T&Tの郵便使ったデリバリー（生鮮食品含まず）で良いなら、
かなりの田舎でも日本食材買えますよ。
単純に不動産の安さだけでいうと、SK州だと思います。
$40,000で小さいけどそのまま住めそうな一軒家が見つかったりします。
不動産の安い田舎に住みたまに都市に日本食材を買いに行く、日本領事館は日帰り圏内にあった方が良い、などを考えているなら、アルバータとSK州のボーダー付近かなぁ。
例えばHanna, ABという町はカルガリーから3時間ほど、最寄りのドラムヘラー（Walmartもある）までは30分ほど。
人口3000人ほどの小さな町ですが、
IGAやホームハードウエア、学校、クリニック、等、最低限揃っています。
ロックグループNickelback の故郷です。

１９７０年代の物は壁も天井も床も全てが２インチぐらいの薄さで夏は暑く、冬は電気代、ガス代を沢山払わなければ床の外側から氷が張り始め冬に何度か水道管の修理や暖めて水が通れる様にしたり、水道管に最初から電気のコイルを巻きつけたりしました。
冬はファーネスがフルに回るのでうるさいし、室内の空気はカラカラに乾きました。最初の頃の物は天井裏が無く外の日陰の方が涼しいので窓全開で涼しく為るのを家族は待っていた様です。夏は外と中の空気の入れ替えの為に１年中を通して家の中の空気が乾燥していました。加湿器を置いたり、ファーネス其の物に付けたり、幾度と無く水から出るカルシウムの付着の掃除をした思い出。
住んでいないですが現在のトレイラーハウスは壁や床、天井の厚みが増し（２インチから４ないし６インチ）、天井裏に空間が足され住み心地は雲泥の差が有ると思いますが、売る時の価格は無しに等しい。又例えれば、耐久年数も普通の家が７５年持つとすればトレイラーは半分か３分の１ぐらいの目安でしょう。是も住む人が常にどれだけ手間隙かけるかでしょう。
只僻地に自分の土地が有、短期で住み心地の良い所で新しい家は。。。これも有かな。

トレイラーハウスに10年ほど住んでいました。
住む人の傾向は場所によると思います。
都市部だとあまり治安のよくない場所もありますね。
私が住んでいたのは田舎のパークで、半分は短期滞在者がモーターホームで住んでるような場所でした。
小さい子供のいる若いファミリー、リタイア後ののんびりシニアが多かったです。ビジブルマイノリティは少ない場所でした。
治安は良かったです。
私が住んでたトレーラーハウスは壁に断熱材も入っていて、
住み心地は細長い普通の家、でした。
基礎が無いので洗濯機は振動の少ない物を念のため選びました。
水回りのトラブルは床下に簡単に潜れるので、メンテナンスは楽だな～と感じました。
パークによって規則がいろいろ有り、私が住んでいた場所は敷地内決められた場所以外の駐車が不可で、簡単な車の整備なども不可でした。
庭や建物のメンテナンスもかなり厳しくチェックされました。

クイーンズタウンと言えばインデアン居住区に近く、昔の村の跡地の1つ、カルガリーから南東に２５分くらいの田舎の周りに今は家が1～2軒？ぐらいの所＄５０００の値段の土地。移動式の家を置くのには良いかも？人工の湖の近く（マクレガー湖）。広告主の広告にスペルの間違いが多い。

昔のバンクーバーが好きだった人には今のバンクーバーは住みにくいと感じている人は多い。
古い移民なので安い時期に家を買えていたのが幸い、それを資金にして私の周りはどんどん出て行ってる。アルバータに行った人も何家族かいるけれど、引っ越してよかったという話を聞いてもバンクーバーに戻りたいという話は聞いたことない。

バンクーバーやトロントでカナダのモーゲジの利子が高くなりつつ在る今現在、新しく高額な家の有る地域の不動産に投資する人を度胸が在るなと思います。B.C.州では現在でも近い将来も人の流入、流失が多いと思います。Ｂ.C.州の大都市では シェアルーム、シェアハウスも多いと思いますが、若い内は其れは其れで学びが或ると思います。
しかし其れに比べるとアルバータの人口も不動産の価値も静かに伸びています。しかもまだまだ手に届く範囲です。B.C.州で言うと万博の前の状態です。昔の事です。しかし通常 他の州に居てアルバータ州の不動産を買う事は多少難しいと思います、逆も同様です。銀行は遠方の物件を担保にモーゲジを貸したく無いからです。
他にも良い事が在ります。州の消費税が無い、老人の健康保険費の補助、州の年金の補助、道路の設備等。冬も整備がされている。近くに何かしらの遊び場が或る。光ファイバーが州の殆どの場所を網羅している。燃料費が多少安い。南部では思いの外、冬に暖かい日が続く事が多い。１年中通して晴れた日が多い。330days/ year 家無き人口が気候が激しい為 少ないか見当たらない。
悪い事も在ります。冬が寒い、車が無いと生活が不便。場所に寄れば南部などでは木の若い枝の先が冬に凍傷を起こす。空気が乾いている。

安さにこだわるなら、日本の田舎に家を買った方が安いのでは？
私の実家は地方都市ですが、近所で600万円くらいで何軒も売りに出てます。
築３０〜４０年の物件で、売主は後期高齢者です。
そういう物件が日本にはたくさんあるので、日本の(親戚が住んでたとか)土地勘がある田舎で探した方が間違いないと思う。

京都保健衛生専門学校の同窓会組織の口座には、臨床検査学科の生徒が入学時に支払う会費が積み立てられており、京都保健衛生専門学校の外部調査で着服が判明した。小澤優、男性教員が不正を認めたため、6月27日に懲戒解雇した。 京都保健衛生専門学校は看護師や臨床検査技師などを養成しており、約300人の生徒が学んでいるという。
