I have bought a brand-new Dell C521,but I can not write e-mail in Japanese. I am novice. I do not know even task bar, what task bar is, where task bar is, how I operate it. My keyboard is for English.
Please teach me very easely how to write Japanese.

start -> settings -> control panel ->regional and languguage options -> language tab -> check the box "install files for east asian language" -> apply -> details -> add japanese
