There are lots of torrents of Japanese movies with English subs. Subtitles are usually in a separate file with a .srt extension. These can be viewed together with the movie if you have the DirectVobSub plugin. The easiest thing to do is to install "K-Lite Codec Pack".

Moonlight Whispers: kinky 1999 film about a guy who likes a girl who turns out to be cruel. Instead of returning the love or rejecting him, she turns him into her abused dog. In one scene, she makes him hide in the closet, from where he watches her have sex with another guy, and cries.　That girl now posts 馬鹿にするの postings on JPCanada under the name 無回答.

Noriko's Dinner Table: 2005 suspense film that has numerous weird and wonderful elements to describe. It is a prequel/sequel to Suicide Club (2002) which some say is a better film.

Hasami Otoko: 2005 psychological thriller / murder mystery revolving around serial killings carried out with scissors. Very good. Keeps you guessing until the surprising ending.
