I wouldn't say ALL Japanese students are stupid. But MOST of them are. They ARE wasting their time here, because that's what their purpose is, to waste time in Vancouver. Drinking, getting laid, travelling, working in a restaurant, that's what they do. And I would also say, 95% of them have a f*cked up mind. Japanese in general has their minds being f*cked up.
