No clue about anything, i worked there for about a week and ran out. You will be interviewed by Tony, a persian guy who cant even speak english And is only interested in talking to the girls.
Do not work for this "school"...seriously a decade later still $10 an hour?? Wow!

Urban Learning Canada, a busy Downtown language school, is currently seeking full-time and part-time English conversation tutors.
Tutors are responsible for leading conversation between a small number of international students, providing oral and written corrections as they speak. No class prep required (materials are provided by the school); no homework marking necessary. The school is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am -- 7:30pm, Weekdays only. All classes are 1.5 hrs long, with a break. Full-time consists of 7.5hrs a day. Part-time hours vary according to scheduling.
Requirements:
• Be a native speaker of English with a North American accent
• Have a good grasp of the English language and its usage
• Have experience tutoring English as a second language
• Have a degree or certificate in or related to English, communications or linguistics
• Have a TESL level one recognized by TESL Canada
• Have a clear, confident speaking voice
• Be enthusiastic, fun, personable and creative
