Experienced Private English Language Tutor/Conversation Partner Available


I have recently relocated to Halifax from Victoria, BC, where I spent over 7 years as a private ESL tutor, and I am seeking students interested in improving their spoken and written English skills. I am passionate about what I do, and I work hard for my students. My goal is to improve your communication skills and help you feel comfortable speaking with native English speakers.

- Focus is on pronunciation, intonation, idiomatic English (slang), grammar, and vocabulary.

- I provide all materials (if needed): handouts, reading assignments, tests, etc.

- Classes are designed around what you want and need to learn.

- Classes are held at a convenient downtown location (coffee shop/food court) or a location of your choice.

- First class is always free.


I am always friendly, and I care about my students. I try to provide fun, stress-free classes that focus on what interests you.
