Hi there!

My name is John! I am a Chinese Canadian guy who is also looking for new friends in Vancouver. I used to teach English to cute 3 year old Japanese children in Kyushu, 5 years ago. It was such a wonderful and memorable moment in my life and I will always cherish the experience!

While I was living in Japan, I learned some Japanese but for us Canadians it is not a simple thing to do. My current speaking level is now almost intermediate (polite Japanese). I enjoy flying kites, surfing, dancing, cooking Chinese food and driving sports cars.

I am open to talking about any interesting and fun topics including
Chinese Canadian history, food, travel, relationships, pets, ice-hockey...
