家賃が銀行引き落としなのですが、家賃プラス駐車場のキー代が引かれているみたいなのです。（前の人が車を持ってて、キー代として$35払っていたらしいので）
マネージャーと話をしようと思うのですが、どういう風に切り出したらいいですか？？
教えてください。お願いします！！

I notice that the rent withdrawn from my bank account is $35 higher than it supposed to be. I’m afraid that parking fee from previous tenant is still added to the rent. Could you check?

This is my bank statement to show you that some mistake’s been made on my current rent payment (thru automated transaction).
The amounts of $35 parking due should’ve not been charged on me, and I ask you to make correction/ reimbursement accordingly.

「駐車場のキー返してもらってない」とか言われたらどうしよう・・・
