I’m confused... If you want English conversation, why do you want French or Russian speakers? 　

英語が母国語でなくても良いけど、フランス語とかロシア語なまりの英語のほうが希望なんじゃないの？
例に出してしまうと中国語とか韓国語のなまりの英語はいやなのかもね。

thank you for your responses.
the primary purpose is to getting used to using english(i have few chance to use english now).but i’ve been studying french and russian also. so if you are a french or russian native speaker and speak english enough to teach it, that’s ok. of course english native speakers are ok too.
i was in charge of E to J translation. so i’m not good at speaking and writing english.
