turns out that despite the possiblities of solving any other issue, the reason why she is leaving is because of ME. and how do you solve that? not with time, not with healing, not with "the right person”

友達の元彼に彼女を諦める様に説得していたら、こんな返事が返ってきました。なんとなく言っていることは分るのですが、分らない部分もあり正しい文を教えて下さい。

努力したけど、彼女は別れの原因は「ME(彼)」だと言ってる。もう何も関係を修復できるものはないってわけだ。と言ってるんじゃないですか？かなり意訳ですけど。

ま、彼が「Right person(そばにいるべき人)」と言っているのは、誰のことかはわかりませんけど。自分のことをそう思っているのかね。
