people who are not gonna stay for too long like over 3 months cant rent it.

「あなたはそれを少なくとも3ヶ月以上かりなければならない。」に変えてみたらいいんじゃないですか？

- Only those who stay there for more than three months qualify for the rental.

とか、かな？

「借りる」のが、アパートなどお金を出して借りるのであれば、rentで、無料で借りるなら borrow です。

あと、英文の中で too long と言う表現を使われていますが、この場合は意味がおかしくなります。というのは、too には「過剰」というネガティブな意味が含まれているので、本当は居てはいけないのに、3ヶ月もの過剰滞在をしてしまった人、というような印象になるからです。

3ヶ月以上借りてなきゃいけない、という場合もあるかもしれませんが、文面だけからみると、それは深読みしすぎという感じがします。

people who are not going to stay for very long, like three months, can’t rent it :)
