I worked for several companies for over 8 years in Japan. I had experienced various types of jobs, for example, receptionist, office clerk and secretary. I realized I love to work with people and I am suitable and qualified for works face-to-face with customers and people. I am always energetic and a good team player. Of course capable of working individualy too. I also easily adopt any situations. I have been studying English to improve my skills. If you give me a chance to work in your company, I can do a good job. Thank you.

In addition to res1, "any" usually takes a singular noun, so "any situation" would be more appropriate in this case.
Otherwise, I’d say your English is pretty good.
Good luck.
