このプレゼントを誕生日に間に合うように送りたかったんですけど・・無理かもねって何て言うんですか？教えてください。

質問の内容がおかしい。

期限には送れないってこと？でも送るの？ 　

あっすいません。友達が住所を早く教えてくれないから・・あんたがはやくしてくれないから間に合わないかも〜的な事を言いたかったんですが、if you dont tell me の後を教えて貰いたいです！お願いします

These are purely grammatical mistakes;

Res3’s should be,
"I just wanted to send you this present by your birthday, but you haven’t told me your address, so I think I can’t ("so I don’t think I can" is better)."

Res4’s should be,
"reach you (reach does not need "to")"

Res5’s should be
"I wanted to send your birthday present in time, but don’t think it’s possible now..."

I’d say,
"I’ve got you a birthday present, but Unless you tell me
your address as soon as possible, it may not make it
there on time."
