I don’t think so. Break, Broke Broken. 1&2 are both okay grammetically. We don’t use #2 because it sounds like you wanted to break your leg, that’s why you jumped off the roof. 　

Erp. I disagree with Jackie. Neither model sentence is gramamtically correct.

"I jumped off the roof and broke my leg" would be correct.

"I’ve jumped off the roof and broke my leg" is incorrect.

"I’ve broken my right leg by jumping off the roof" is grammatically correct, but is not good usage.

"I broke my leg jumping off the roof" seems the simplest correct option.

Did you jump, or fall?

If you jumped, you sound, well, a bit, umm, stupid. Like Jackie said about #2.

ここはいつも日本語直訳英語だけが喜ばれるようだ。 　

足が折れたのは事故なんだから、頭が悪いとか関係ないと思いますが。　あと、偉そうなことを言うならトピ主さんに「英語らしい表現」をちゃんと教えてあげたらどうですか？
