すぐにライセンス購入の手続きを行ったのですが、
その後、連絡がまったく無く、どうやら手続きが停止してしまっているようです。
現状についてご確認いただき、ご連絡をいただけないでしょうか。

Even though I have had completed the purchasing procedure for the license, I haven’t received any replays afterwards( regarding to my purchase )and it seemed like my procedure has been suspended.

Could you please check my status and reply to me at your earliest convenience.
　

I have applied for the license ** as soon as I received your letter("すぐに"の内容による?) **, but I have not heard from you since then. I wonder if the process is aborted. Please keep me updated on the status of my application.

Although I went through the procedure to purchase the license right away, it seems that it wasn’t recognized somehow(or, it seems that it didn’t go through).

Could you please check what’s going on and let me know what I need to do now?
