I will cover basic sentence patterns and the development of writing through guided and free composition. Reading, speaking and listening activities reinforce writing and grammar-in-context lessons.

As well, there is work on accent reduction and pronunciation principles, listening strategies, and conversational skills. Common idioms and vocabulary building are also introduced.

This is done to strengthen your listening, speaking and writing skills as well as to develop your listening comprehension in formal and informal settings.
