>下車をするは(電車) get rid of the train
これは「列車を取り除く」という意味です。

’落とした’というのは
失くした、という意味ですか?
それなら
He lost his cellphone, and it might drop down(from his pocket) when he got off the train.

GET OFF, GET OUT, STEP OFF. これらを使うと意味が通じますよ。
he dropped his cell phone when he got off the train.

Res4 is also wrong because "drop" in this case
is used as an intransitive verb.
If you want to use "drop" you may say,
"it might have been dropped" but I’d use
"fall" and say, "it might have fallen out of
his pocket."
