I can’t sleep at night because I can’t stop thinking about my work and financial issues.

Since my brain is so busy thinking about my work and finances that I can’t get a good sleep.

My issues bug me so much that I can’t sleep well.

などなど、、、。どうでしょうか。

もし私が友達に言うなら、
I still think of my job and a lot of bills in bed so(that) I can’t fall asleep every night!
　

I have too much in my mind to fall asleep 　

in じゃなくて　on my mind

I am so worried about my job and financial situation (that) I can’t sleep at night.
