Unless otherwise stated in the Order or agreed in writing, XXX shall pay the price oｇ the Products quoted in such invoice (less any set-off for (1)claims arising,(2)amounts and payments payable by the Company, and (3)costs associated with payment of the price, under this Agreement or any other agreement or arragement between the parties) within sizty days after the end of the month of receipt by XXX of such invoice or acceptance of the Products by XXX, whichever is the later.
