It’s very common to say, for example, "I worry about you
all the time."
I guess there isn’t much difference between
"I worry about ...," and
"I’m worried about ..."
But the former sounds slightly more general,
and the latter sounds a bit more specific.
They’re used unterchangeably though, with
almost no distinction.
