は Go down this way 2block and then turn right.

のような感じでいいのでしょうか。

初歩的な質問ですみません。
文法的にだだしい簡単な英文を教えてください。

Go down (up) this street two blocks and turn right. 　

for "Go down this way 2block and then turn right"
1. you don’t need the word "down" (but you might use it)
2. you need the plural form of "block", i.e. "blocks"
3. you need the prepostion "for" before "2 blocks"
thus it should be:
go (down) this way for 2 blocks and turn right

but i think the following is closer to what you were saying there:
head straight down this street, and turn right at the 2nd intersection

いつも疑問なんだけど
down/upの使い分けってどうするんですか？　どこを基点に考えるんだろうか？って思ってしまいます。

東京駅だったら上り下りってそんな感じの決まり事ってあるんでしょうか？ 　

down southとかup northって皆言うから北がUPで南がDOWNなんじゃ・・と勝手に思って、up northとか使ってました。
