すみません。年末年始のハワイのホテルの予約をしたいのですがキャンセルチャージの規定がいまいち良く理解できず（訳せず）みなさんの力をお借りしたいのです。下記の内容なのですが、ホノルル着４日前まではキャンセルチャージはないと考えてよいのでしょうか。宜しくお願いします

Amendments and cancellations by you
You may cancel or amend your booking at any point within 1 hour after confirmation without being charged. Amendments or cancellations made after that point and before 4 days prior to your date of arrival are charged per room at 10 USD. Cancellations or amendments made after 4 days before your arrival date are charged per room at the full cost of the first night. No-shows are charged per room at the full cost of the first night.

On occasions, particularly during fair periods it may be necessary to vary these terms in accordance with terms laid down by our suppliers. Skoosh reserves the right to alter this charging structure in such circumstances by notifying you in advance and gaining your acceptance.

If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when Skoosh receives notification from you during Skoosh working hours. All such cancellations and amendments are subject to you incurring the charge as indicated in the terms above.

Cancellations and/or amendments of bookings will only be valid if effected through the web site or to Skoosh in writing and reconfirmed to a customer in writing by Skoosh.

ホテルの予約をしてから到着前に予約確認の電話を入れなければいけないようですが、到着日の何日前までに予約の確認をするべきか書いてありませんでしたか？
リゾートホテルの場合、決まった期日までに予約確認の電話がなければキャンセルとみなされることがあるので注意してください。

本文ですが、予約確認の連絡をした直後１時間以内の予約変更・取り消しはチャージなしです。それ以降の場合ですが、到着日の５日前までの変更・取り消しならば一部屋につきUS１０ドルのチャージが発生し、到着日の４日以内の変更や取り消しは一部屋につき初日の宿泊料金と同じ値段をチャージされます。

例えば土曜日に予約を入れている場合、その週の月曜日までに予約確認の電話を入れたほうがいいでしょう。そして電話を入れた直後１時間以内のみの予約変更や取り消しはノーチャージ。
しかしそれ以降の場合、月曜日のうちに変更や取り消しをするなら一部屋に着き１０ドルのチャージ。火曜日以降の場合は一部屋につき初日の宿泊料金がチャージされます。


私はこうのように解釈したのですが、間違っていたらすいません。
