English Tutor Available

I am a friendly, caring, and patient female teacher with over 8 years of teaching experience. I am a native English speaker, born in Canada.
UBC (University of British Columbia) Bachelor of Arts, Art History
Kwantlen University College, Diploma in Fine Arts

 Learn conversational English, including useful slang and idioms, vocabulary, writing skills, grammar, reading and comprehension
 TOEFL (IBT) and LPI preparation
 Essay writing, outlines and composition techniques
 University-level English tutoring is also available, including study and discussion of articles/essays, short stories and novels

Please book in advance. Handouts are included.

Conversation rates are as follows:
1:1 $25/hour
2:1 $35/hour
3:1 $40/hour

Writing and exam preparation: $30/hour


(I also offer art lessons with a focus on learning and practicing English while making art: drawing, painting, and other types of creative lessons. Groups are welcome! Email for further information and rates.)
